Mobile Plant Operator - Spalding

• Operate and maintain mobile processing plant equipment across various locations.
• Work a 10 days on / 4 days off shift pattern (6am - 6pm).
• Occasional overnight stays with all expenses covered.
• Drive a company-provided van.
• Support Service Engineers on site and in the workshop.
• Train subcontractors and new employees after training completion.
• Follow risk assessments and method statements.

• Experienced in plant operations, familiar with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Able to work independently, including at remote locations.
• Flexible to changing shifts including night shifts.
• Strong communicator with excellent customer focus.
• Motivated, organised, and proactive in problem-solving.

Desirable:

• Process industry experience.
• Forklift and/or telehandler license.
• Willingness to work away from home for up to 8 days.

• Shift pattern: 10 days on / 4 days off.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x (Mon-Sat) and 2x (Sundays & Bank Holidays).
• Competitive salary starting at 25,500, rising to 31,000 after objectives achieved.
• OTE (on target earnings) of approximately 43,000 including overtime for 12-hour shifts.

• Current average earnings 48,000 per year.
