GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning in a secondary school in Spalding. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference in students' academic and personal development.
Responsibilities:

Support classroom activities and learning under the direction of the class teacher

Assist students on a 1:1 or small group basis

Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

Provide support for students with additional needs
Requirements:

Experience working with young people in a school setting is preferred

Adaptability, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire
