Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Spalding and surrounding areas
Contract type: Agency, Full-time, term-time only
Pay: £88–£96 per day (based on 6.5 working hours)
About the role
Right Education are working closely with several welcoming primary schools across Spalding to recruit reliable, caring Teaching Assistants. These roles offer consistent, rewarding work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping children succeed both academically and personally.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting classroom learning alongside the class teacher

Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra support

Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Assisting with classroom routines, preparation and interventions

Helping create a safe, supportive and engaging learning space
What we’re looking for

Experience working with children, ideally in a school or care setting

A calm, patient and proactive approach

Genuine enthusiasm for helping young learners progress

Strong teamwork and communication skills
Requirements

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Suitable references covering the last 2 years

Right to work in the UK
