Legal Secretary up to £30,000SpaldingMeraki Talent are working with a top Law firm with offices across the UK. They are seeking two experienced Legal Secretaries with proven experience within the industry, to join their office based in Spalding.The role will involve secretarial duties, as well as operational support to the office. Legal Secretary Duties:
  • Provide reliable operational, secretarial and administrative support to fee earners 
  • Prepare a range of correspondence and legal documentation, including assisting with digital dictation 
  • Manage client/matter files, alongside file opening procedures 
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries 
  • Schedule meetings and manage diaries 
  • Order office supplies 
  • Maintain case management system
Knowledge/Experience:
  • Proven experience within a Law firm
  • Secretarial and administrative experience
  • Familiar with case management systems 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Willing to be flexible and adapt to office needs
