Join our team as a Production Operative and play a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our manufacturing processes!

About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for performing various tasks across our production line. You'll work with cutting-edge machinery, follow safety protocols, and ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow within a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working through assigned orders/drawings to fabricate as per customers' requirements.
  • The movement of the material from storage to the factory suite using FLT.
  • Use of Guillotine and brake press and punch machine under supervision.
  • Quality checking finished products.
  • Preparing the completed orders for shipment.
  • Labelling of certain materials before manufacture.
  • Shaping and cutting out sections using hand tools and Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines and presses

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
  • IT Literate
