We are supporting a leading, specialist Engineering firm in their search for an additional Project Engineer. Theirengineering know-how and advanced manufacturing capabilities allow themto meet the ever-changing demands of the sectors theysupply.

As the primary point of contact between the Engineering Department, Project Operations, and the customer, your responsibilities will include managing various jobs, contracts, projects, and change initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring manufacturing control, meeting project milestones, adhering to design specifications, and maintaining strict health and safety compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge and experience in complex manufacturing techniques.
  • Proficiency in project management philosophies such as APM or PRINCE2
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Project andCAD software
  • Experience in developing and writing standard operating procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant educational background in Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to understand drawings and manufacturing standards.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a self-motivated and team-oriented approach.
