As the primary point of contact between the Engineering Department, Project Operations, and the customer, your responsibilities will include managing various jobs, contracts, projects, and change initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring manufacturing control, meeting project milestones, adhering to design specifications, and maintaining strict health and safety compliance.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience in complex manufacturing techniques.
- Proficiency in project management philosophies such as APM or PRINCE2
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Project andCAD software
- Experience in developing and writing standard operating procedures
- Relevant educational background in Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand drawings and manufacturing standards.
- Problem-solving abilities with a self-motivated and team-oriented approach.
