Regional Recruitment Manager

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth, Manpower is looking for a driven Regional Recruitment Manager to join our team. This role will allow you to focus on building and using your sales and business development skills to drive revenue and expand our client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans to expand Manpower's Convenience customer base in the local market.
  • Responsible for the branch's sales pipeline, aligned with agreed skills. Creating a sales-focused branch.
  • Focus on strengthening the company's presence in the market through strategic planning and execution.
  • Deliver new business Gross Profit (GP), ensuring consistent achievement of annual financial goals.
  • Manage a team providing ongoing coaching and professional development to team members. * Hold daily branch meetings to clarify expectations and meet operational metrics.
  • Focus on creating positive and enduring connections that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement branch-specific initiatives, strategies, and programs to convert new clients. Aligned to the company's overall goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Understand client's needs and tailor recruitment solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the local market.
  • Leverage data to improve outcomes and experiences.
  • Conduct regular reviews and feedback on self and the team
  • Manage branch budget and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.

Experience/Skills required:

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in sales, preferably within the recruitment industry. This involves a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, client acquisition, and industry dynamics.
  • A verifiable track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving substantial revenue growth. Past successes should showcase a history of exceeding sales goals and contributing significantly to business expansion.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills are imperative. The successful candidate must have the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. This includes a knack for nurturing lasting connections that contribute to business success.
