The Strategic Workforce Planning Manager will:

  • Analyse workforce data and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team and business leaders to understand workforce requirements.
  • Address workforce challenges and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and report on workforce planning activities.
  • Be able to offer consultation to various business units
  • Create and develop presentation packs to deliver findings

Profile

A successful Strategic Workforce Planning Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in strategic & consultative role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
