Are you a dedicated EYFS Level 3 Practitioner seeking an opportunity to make a lasting impact in early childhood education?

A welcoming nursery school in St Albans is looking to appoint two enthusiastic and committed Early Years Practitioners to join their friendly team from January 2026. Following recent staff changes, the setting is looking for individuals who bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting children's early development. The nursery offers in-house training, ongoing support, and a positive team culture that fosters professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare

  • Experience in Nursery or Reception settings

  • A nurturing, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for supporting early childhood development

  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and support high-quality EYFS learning experiences

  • Assist with planning, observations, and assessments

  • Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support each child’s development

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the setting

Interview Process:

Candidates will participate in a two-stage interview process:

  1. Child Interaction Session (30–40 minutes): Engage a child in a simple activity.

  2. Formal Interview: A conversation with the Nursery Manager and Nursery Director.
