- Managing processing payroll for c.300 employees, all monthly payroll
- Work alongside the team to process purchase invoices
- Raise and send sales invoices – both recurring and intermediate
- Assist with reconciling bank statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with management reports
- Liaising with external accountants and HMRC when necessary
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with hands-on payroll experience
- Proficient in cloud-based accounting systems (Xero/Sage)
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Salary: £30,000-£35,000
