Job Description
Purpose of the Role:Â To manage front desk activities, including welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and performing administrative tasks. The Receptionist ensures the reception area operates smoothly and efficiently, addressing questions and issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and inform relevant parties of their arrival.
- Manage visitor access and registration.
- Arrange and issue security passes.
- Pre-register visitors.
- Monitor CCTV and car parking.
- Handle lost property.
- Answer calls, take messages, and transfer calls.
- Arrange meeting rooms and update booking system.
- Process purchase orders.
- Sort and monitor post and packages.
- Arrange couriers for outgoing parcels
- Maintain stock of office supplies.
- Book catering for meetings.
- Order weekly fruit.
- Keep reception area clean and tidy.
- Assist Office Manager and EA as needed.
