An established hospitality destination in the countryside is seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced, casual dining environment. This is a rare opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to step into a senior front-of-house role with no evening shifts and a consistent finish time around 6pm. Operation works with fresh food and is part of a multi faceted venue with a premium offering.

Role Overview
The role is based in a daytime-only restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, coffee and cakes. Open seven days a week, the venue closes by early evening-meaning no late nights. This position is perfect for someone with restaurant, café, or deli experience who thrives in a busy service-led environment and values a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service

  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during breakfast and lunch shifts

  • Uphold high service standards while coaching and developing team members

  • Coordinate with kitchen leadership on menu planning and service flow

  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
