Key Responsibilities of a Secondary Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and support staff
- Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities

What we're looking for in a Secondary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A commitment to continuous professional development and student success
- Experience in secondary education is desirable but not essential for ECTs
