- Support students with complex needs' personal & Social Development needs.
- Implement Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs) under the guidance of class teachers and the SENCO.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Previous experience in a school or SEN setting (essential).
- A solid understanding of SEND conditions and how they affect learning and behaviour.
- Confidence in supporting pupils with communication difficulties and/or physical needs.
- A collaborative and empathetic approach, with excellent communication skills.
