We're supporting a thriving, values-led organisation in North Wales in their search for a Payroll Officer - someone who can confidently take charge of monthly payroll and ensure every colleague is paid correctly and on time.

The Role:

This is a standalone payroll position where you'll take ownership of the full process from start to finish. Reporting to HR, you'll be the go-to expert on all things payroll, ensuring data accuracy, legal compliance, and brilliant internal service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Running monthly payroll for c.250 employees using Sage 50.
  • Managing tax, pensions, benefits, and statutory payments.
  • Liaising with HR and Finance to ensure everything aligns.
  • Dealing with queries from colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports, submitting RTI, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Supporting year-end tasks like P60s and P11Ds.
  • Keeping payroll records accurate, secure, and up to date.

What You'll Bring:
