Job Overview:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Urgent Care team at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. The role involves working in a fast-paced setting, providing essential assessments and interventions to patients requiring urgent care support.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct timely assessments to facilitate safe and effective patient discharge

Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care

Provide rehabilitation and treatment plans tailored to patients' needs

Liaise with community teams to coordinate ongoing support post-discharge

Maintain accurate documentation in line with NHS standards and guidelines
Key Requirements:

HCPC-registered Physiotherapist

Previous experience in an urgent care or acute hospital setting

Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
