Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

White Raven Resourcing are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Cheshire Mouldings, a market-leading manufacturer of high-quality timber moulded products. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Stock Administrator to join their dedicated team in St Helens.

The Role

As a Stock Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately, working closely with production, warehouse, and sales teams. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that throughput from the factory is aligned with agreed customer schedules, while maintaining accurate stock control records.

Key duties will include:

  • Liaising with key customers to confirm order requirements and delivery schedules.

  • Monitoring stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and updating systems accordingly.

  • Coordinating with the factory to align production output with customer demand.

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate stock reports for internal teams and management.

  • Processing stock movements, returns, and adjustments in the inventory system.

  • Raising purchase orders for materials and liaising with suppliers where necessary.

  • Assisting with cycle counts and year-end stock takes.

  • General administrative tasks to support smooth stock control and customer service operations.

RequirementsAbout You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Confident in using stock management systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • A great communicator who can build positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

  • Experienced in stock control, inventory administration, or a similar role within manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
