M&E Site Manager (Fire Stopping Experience)

BMSL are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager with strong fire stopping knowledge for an upcoming 18-week project commencing on the 12th of May 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations on site.

  • Liaise directly with the main client to ensure effective communication and coordination.

  • Manage subcontractors and directly employed tradesmen.

  • Coordinate and monitor work schedules to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain accurate site diaries and records.

  • Order materials and manage supply deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid industry-recognised trade card.

  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification is essential.

  • Proven experience in fire stopping within M&E environments.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
