We're looking for a Primary SEN Teacher to join our warm, inclusive SEN school, dedicated to pupils aged 11 with a range of complex needs.

You'll be part of a committed team making a genuine difference every day.

About the School:

We support pupils with:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • Speech & language difficulties
  • Moderate to severe learning difficulties (MLD/SLD)
  • Social, emotional & mental health needs (SEMH)

Your Role:

As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver personalised, engaging lessons
  • Support emotional regulation and social skills
  • Work closely with TAs, therapists & the wider team
  • Track and assess progress using SEN-friendly tools
  • Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
  • Experience with SEN (mainstream or specialist)
  • Strong differentiation & classroom strategies
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management
  • A caring, adaptable, and reflective teaching style
