Building Careers are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established social housing contractor, covering domestic properties across St Helens. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, stable work with the potential for permanent employment and ongoing career progression.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in bathroom installations, ideally within social housing
- CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Tiling or other multi-trade skills highly desirable

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will carry out plumbing work as part of reactive maintenance in tenanted and void properties. Ideally, you'll bring multi-skilled experience - particularly in tiling - to assist with bathroom fixes.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd fix plumbing on bathroom installations
- Complete bathroom rip-outs and refits
- Multi-skilled tasks such as tiling where required
- Working to high standards in occupied homes
