Machine Operatives - St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Due to excellent growth, our client is looking to recruit a further 9 machine operatives to join their busy club assembly department.

• *07.00am to 16.30pm Monday to Thursday, 07.00am to 13.30pm on Fridays
• *normal start time is 07.30 - these hours are for a few weeks, please ask for further details

This exciting opportunity is working for a globally recognised company within the golf industry.

• Start accruing 33 days holiday per year from your first day.

Our client will give you, access to client sales, free gym, free parking, subsidised canteen, free hot drinks (latte, chocolate, tea, selection of coffees) plus water fountains including free cordials.

Prior to your induction, you will have a tour of their differing operations.

You don't need any experience; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role!

Working pattern:

• 07.00 to 16.30pm Monday to Thursday
• 07.00 to 13.30pm Fridays.
• (standard hours 07.30am to 16.00pm)

Hourly rate:

• £13.00 per hour
• Paid weekly
• 33 days holiday per year

Golf Club Operative main duties:

• 12 week training program.
• Learn how to use the individual machines.
• Amending golf clubs to order.
• Lengthening, shortening, increasing, decreasing the weight.
• Changing club-heads.
• Able to work under pressure, this role is measured, you are given offer you full support to reach your goals.
• Using bespoke tools.
• Working well as part of a teamwork.
