- Mechanical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs across factory equipment
- Supporting production teams with setups and equipment optimisation
- Rapid response to breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly
- Preventive maintenance (PPM) and ongoing reliability improvements
- Fabrication and installation of machinery when required
- Working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
- First-line response for site services (boilers, chillers, air compressors)
- Recognised mechanical apprenticeship (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Experience maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced setting
- Solid fault-finding skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Machining and/or welding experience
- Ideally dual-skilled with some electrical knowledge
- Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance logging systems
- ONC/HNC or equivalent is a bonus
- Reliable, team-focused, and safety-conscious attitude
- £49,500 base salary + regular overtime
- Fantastic 10-day shift cycle: 2 days on (06:00–18:00), 2 nights on (18:00–06:00), 6 days off
