The OpportunityWe’re seeking a qualified Senior Accountant who within the short term is looking to step into a Senior Manager role. You’ll work directly with the partners, mentor junior staff, and manage a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a long-term mindset and a passion for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Handle month-end and year-end close processes
  • Draft personal and corporate tax returns
  • Support tax planning discussions
  • Mentor and manage junior team members
  • Oversee a portfolio of smaller clients 
  • Contribute to the management of 900+ tax returns (including 500 companies)

Candidate Profile

  • ACCA-qualified or equivalent
  • Strong experience in accounts preparation and tax compliance
  • Proven ability to manage and develop junior staff
  • Long-term career mindset (frequent job changes may be a concern)
  • Comfortable in a relaxed, diverse office culture
