We provide, Telephony Solutions, IT Network Services, Security Solutions, Disaster Recovery, Managed Print and Connectivity, and to help take our business to the next level, we are looking for a hungry, self-starting Business Development Manager (along the M1 Corridor, north of Birmingham)

Package:

£40K-£60K basic (inclusive of car allowance)Double OTE 25 days holiday + BH + birthday off + rises 1 day a year for 5 years with length of service Office (Staffordshire) 1/2x a week unless back-to-back with appointments.Brilliant quarterly company incentives.

The Role/Experience required

  • Good knowledge of telecom and IT solutions
  • Experience in selling Solutions including, VOIP, Connectivity, Mobile and IT managed services, and a confident approach and generating brand net new business.
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to have meaningful conversations with clients. 
  • Proactive, go-getting attitude and hunger to develop. 
  • Demonstrate a good level of resilience. 
  • Confident going out to booked client meetings and completing the full 360 sales cycle.
