?? About the Role

Reporting directly to the FP&A Director, you will lead a small, high-calibre team and act as the finance lead for one of the organisation's most commercially significant divisions. You'll provide real-time insights, challenge decisions constructively, and help shape long-term strategy.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that places you right at the heart of strategic decision-making. You'll have the freedom - and responsibility - to drive performance, challenge the status quo, and inspire positive change.

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with divisional leadership to optimise commercial performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance business partners, embedding a culture of excellence.
  • Deliver weekly sales and performance analysis to drive faster, smarter decisions.
  • Provide forward-looking insights to highlight risks and unlock opportunities.
  • Play a pivotal role in five-year planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent KPI and performance reporting.
  • Own ROI analysis and provide critical input into investment decision-making.
