We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our project site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and supervising experience, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and safely. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate the work of site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and incident logs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Implement training programmes for staff on safety practices and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Black CSCS Card or equivalent
- SMSTS/ SSSTS Cert
- First Aid Cert
