Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and execution of complex projects. You will be responsible for coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction. A strong understanding of technical drawings and proficiency inAutoCADare essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects from concept to completion
Review and create technical drawings using AutoCAD
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications
Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
Identify risks and proactively resolve project challenges

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, architecture, or engineering industries
Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret technical drawings
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Primavera)
