KM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Retail Manager for the role of Retail Management Assessor / End Point Assessor, primarily home and field-based in the West Midlands/Staffordshire.
The position offers a salary range of £27,300 - £28,300, depending on qualifications, along with excellent holiday entitlement, mileage, and pension benefits.
Candidates must have a background as a Retail Manager and ideally hold a recognized Assessor award such as D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA.
The role requires flexibility with travel, IT literacy, and involves conducting End Point Assessments for Retail Apprenticeship Standards, along with administrative duties.

Duties:

As an End Point Assessor, you will responsible for completing a range of EPA activities, both face to face and electronically, with Apprentices completing Retail Apprenticeship Standards.
These EPA activities include: to carry out End Point Assessment, scheduling of EPA activities, marking, grading and regular planning meetings with candidates and employers.
Complete all necessary administration, ensuring that all data is processed and supplied in a timely manner
Maintain a working knowledge of EPA, your vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards and evidence of CPD
Participate in standardisation and training activities
Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers or Delivery Teams, assisting with queries in a timely manner.
