Sonic Summary

Infinitive Resources is seeking an experienced Plant Fitter or HGV Mechanic to join a global Rail & Construction plant business.
The role involves planned and reactive maintenance of equipment, diagnosing on-site machinery issues, and preventing downtime.
Candidates should have a Level 2 NVQ, experience with HGV or heavy plant equipment, and a driving license; IRTEC certification is desired but not essential.
The position offers a competitive salary of £38,000 to £42,000 per year, depending on experience.
All necessary training related to rail safety and standards will be provided, alongside a van, tooling, and other specialist equipment.

Infinitive resources are currently searching for an experienced Plant Fitter or HGV Mechanicto join a global Rail & Construction plant business at the forefront of Engineering, Manufacturing and Maintence with a global footprint.

Based in either Birmingham or Stafford you will be responsible for -

Planned and Reactive Maintence of equipment
Diagnose on site machinery issues
Prevent downtime
Be Customer focused

Requirements -

Level 2 NVQ
HGV or Heavy Plant equipment experience
Driving Licence
IRTEC (not essential but desired)

All trainging in relation to Rail saftey and standards will be provided. Van, tooling and other specialist equipment will be provided for the role. This is a huge opportunity for career growth with a number of the managment in the business working up from the tools.
