Job Opportunity: Customer Liaison Officer
Location:Â Staines
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:Â As a Customer Liaison Officer you will provide administrative and logistical support for company processes, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency that exceeds customer and internal expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book assessment visits.
- Act as liaison between customers, assessment managers, and technical experts.
- Handle pre- and post-visit documentation.
- Manage hotel and travel bookings.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and external inquiries.
- Monitor and resolve any issuesÂ
- Maintain accurate internal records and databases.
- Attend customer meetings (onsite/remote) for account management.
- Support internal/external meetings, conferences, and training.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience in coordinating logistics (e.g., travel, meetings, documentation).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet KPIs.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- IT Literate
