Job Opportunity: Customer Liaison Officer

Location: Staines

Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Package: £27,000

About the Role: As a Customer Liaison Officer you will provide administrative and logistical support for company processes, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency that exceeds customer and internal expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book assessment visits.
  • Act as liaison between customers, assessment managers, and technical experts.
  • Handle pre- and post-visit documentation.
  • Manage hotel and travel bookings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and external inquiries.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues 
  • Maintain accurate internal records and databases.
  • Attend customer meetings (onsite/remote) for account management.
  • Support internal/external meetings, conferences, and training.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience in coordinating logistics (e.g., travel, meetings, documentation).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet KPIs.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • IT Literate
