Our client is seeking MEP Project Engineers for contract roles within Stansted Airport. This position will require on-site presence at Stansted three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee contractor design and construction activities, including reviewing drawings, resolving technical queries, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.
- Manage defects, permits, and documentation, track progress and close-out actions, and support issue escalation.
- Liaise with stakeholders and site teams to remove delivery blockers and ensure smooth execution.
- Provide technical and commercial support, advising on construction methods, early warnings, compensation events, and validation of contractor claims.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in aviation or transport projects
- Understanding of design and document control systems
- Experience in M&E Project Management and Project Engineering on industrial fit-out projects
- Knowledge of civils and structural engineering is highly desirable
- Capability to work on-site at Stansted three days a week

Hourly Rate (Inside IR35) dependant on experience and skillset
