Town Planner - Essex (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to 拢37,000 (DOE)
We are partnering with a respected independent planning, urban design and development consultancy based in Essex to recruit an experienced Town Planner. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking team, contributing to a wide range of significant and high-profile projects.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a varied project portfolio, including:
路Promotion of strategic land and site allocation through the local plan process
路Leading and coordinating complex planning applications and appeals
路Preparing feasibility assessments and development appraisals
路Engaging in meaningful public consultation and stakeholder engagement
路Providing clear strategic advice and innovative planning solutions
About You
We're looking for a motivated planning professional who can demonstrate:
路Full MRTPI qualification (or ideally working towards)
路At least 2 years experience in either public or private sectors
路A collaborative, team-focused approach with enthusiasm for delivering high-quality planning outcomes
路A full UK driving licence
