Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clerk of Works to join our Decent Homes project on an interim basis. As a Clerk of Works, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction work, helping to deliver safe and high-standard homes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly inspect construction sites to monitor progress and quality.
  • Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and building regulations.
  • Report any issues or deviations to the project manager or architect.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections and findings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
