Customs Procedure Lead

Are you an experienced customs professional with a sharp eye for compliance and a passion for process improvement?

We're hiring a Customs Special Procedure Lead to take ownership of key customs activities and ensure full HMRC compliance across our import/export lifecycle. This includes managing Inward/Outward Processing, Temporary Importation, and Customs Warehousing from start to finish - tracking, supervising, and reporting to the highest standards.

You'll play a vital role in the in-service support phase of highly regulated, international operations, working across multiple teams to optimise customs procedures, reduce risk, and safeguard our reputation.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience managing special customs procedures

  • Strong working knowledge of HMRC regulations and deadlines

  • Excellent organisational, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills

  • A qualification (or working towards one) in Customs Compliance is highly desirable
