Job Title: Test Equipment New Business Support

Overview:
Join a dynamic international team supporting the delivery of technical costed proposals for test equipment solutions across development, production, and export programmes. This role sits within a collaborative engineering environment, interfacing with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and quality bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and present technical costed proposals for UK-delivered test solutions.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather bid data.
  • Maintain configuration control and data integrity using tools such as Matrix, JIRA, and Primavera.
  • Support cross-functional alignment and manage bid delivery schedules.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and promote the Test Equipment Centre of Excellence.

Essential Skills:

  • Engineering background with understanding of product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with bid compilation and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with Primavera and other project tools (training provided).
