Immediately Available HR Advisor - 6-Month Contract (South East Based)

Are you an experienced HR Advisor with a solid background in employee relations, looking for your next opportunity?

We are working with a growing business that is seeking an immediately available HR professional to join them on an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting time to join a company that's scaling and evolving your input will make a real difference.

Location: 90% remote

Travel: Occasional site visits (approx. 10%) across Hertfordshire, Essex, and Kent - must be based in the South East region

Driving licence required - mileage will be reimbursed

Salary: Circa £38,000 FTE

Start date: Immediate

What we're looking for:

  • A confident HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience, including leading on complex grievance and disciplinary cases with line managers
  • Able to support across a broad range of generalist HR activities, including policy work, onboarding, absence management, performance processes, and day-to-day HR operations
  • Comfortable working in multi-site environments such as retail, hospitality, leisure, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution etc
  • Able to balance business-as-usual HR with project work in a dynamic, scale-up environment
  • Experience using ADP HR/payroll systems is a distinct advantage

Please note: This is not a step-up role. We are looking for someone who has already operated confidently at HR Advisor level, independently leading ER cases and supporting generalist HR responsibilities.
