Pay: From £85 per day

We are working with a supportive primary school in Stevenage looking for a passionate Behaviour Mentor to help pupils overcome social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. This is your chance to make a real difference and inspire positive change every day.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support

• Implement and monitor individual behaviour plans

• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents

• Track pupil progress and provide regular feedback

• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

We’re Looking For:

• Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar support roles

• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Passionate about improving pupil outcomes
