Walker Cole International is searching for a Manufacturing Supervisor on behalf of a well-established pharmaceutical CDMO in the Hertfordshire region. As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead a team in a GMP-compliant setting to produce high-quality pharmaceutical products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Train and develop production shift personnel to enhance skills and meet business needs.

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety procedures, HSE policies, and cGMP/quality standards.

  • Performance Management: Track and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for consistent production flow and efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, audit preparation, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in the pharmaceutical or related industries, such as chemicals or manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in managing and developing production teams to improve performance.
  • Understanding and experience in applying Lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
