In this role, you'll be more than just a classroom assistant, you'll be an advocate, a guide, and a source of unwavering support for students with special educational needs. • Hands-on Impact: You'll provide tailored support to children with a range of needs, from autism and ADHD to speech difficulties and emotional support. Your day will be full of variety, no two days are ever the same.

• Collaborative Learning: Work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to ensure that each child's needs are met, whether that's supporting with lesson activities, adapting resources, or helping manage behaviour in a positive, structured way.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A heart for helping others, especially children with additional needs
• Experience with children (whether in a school, care, or community setting)
• A flexible, patient attitude and a team player mentality
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to get creative with learning strategies
• Any relevant qualifications are a bonus, but we also value transferable skills and enthusiasm to learn
