Spray Painter | Stirling | Monday to Friday, Day Shift | Excellent salary

We're working with a long-established engineering and machinery business based in Stirling who are looking to add an experienced Spray Painter to their workshop team.

You'll be responsible for preparing and spray painting agricultural, groundcare, and construction machinery to a high finish, working across both refurbishment and new equipment.

The role will involve:

  • Preparing machinery, parts, and panels - sanding, masking, priming, and mixing paints.

  • Spray painting using solvent and 2K systems to a high standard.

  • Carrying out quality checks and rectifying any defects before release.

  • Maintaining your equipment and work area to ensure safe and efficient operation.

  • Working closely with the workshop team to plan and prioritise workloads.

What you'll need:

  • Previous spray-painting experience, ideally within automotive, plant, or heavy engineering.

  • Strong attention to detail with pride in achieving a high-quality finish.

  • Knowledge of paint mixing, preparation, and colour matching.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to support wider workshop operations.
