Are you confident, personable, and looking for flexible, temporary work in the Stirling area? We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established property management company that requires a Temporary Viewing Assistant to support their team during periods of annual leave.
The Role:
As a Viewing Assistant, you'll be the friendly face meeting prospective tenants and showing them around available properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and can present properties in their best light.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Ensure properties are presented cleanly and securely
- Provide information and answer questions about each property
- Communicate feedback to the property management team
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A professional and reliable approach
- Good local knowledge of Stirling and surrounding areas
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
This is a temporary, flexible role ideal for someone looking to pick up extra work. Dates and hours will vary based on holiday cover needs, so availability and flexibility are key.
