Service Technician
 Location: Field-Based (start from home)
 Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Paying 42k - 50k DOE
We're working with a leading agricultural and machinery business in Stirling who are looking to add experienced Service Technicians to their team.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company offering a varied role working across agricultural, construction, and groundcare machinery. The role involves both workshop-based and field service work, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of equipment.
The role will involve:
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults. 
- Servicing and maintaining tractors, construction, and groundcare machinery. 
- Completing all relevant service documentation and reports. 
- Carrying out pre-delivery inspections and machine setups. 
- Supporting apprentices and contributing to the overall success of the service team. 
What you'll need:
- Experience working as a Service or Maintenance Technician within agriculture, plant, construction, or engineering. 
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. 
- The ability to use diagnostic software and read technical manuals. 
- A full UK driving licence - field service experience is an advantage. 
- A positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to work occasional overtime during busy periods.
