Manufacturing Technician

We are working with a rapidly growing organisation who are looking for an Electro-mechanical assembler to join their manufacturing team. You play a crucial role in assembling and testing electronic, electrical, and mechanical products.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assemble and test electronic, electrical, and mechanical products according to production requirements and quality standards.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safe working practices in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Ensure all equipment and tooling are functioning effectively to support required operations.
  • Report any faulty equipment or tooling to the appropriate personnel.
  • Escalate concerns that may impact the company, incur significant costs, or alter standard operating procedures to the Manufacturing Manager and Supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in assembly and testing of electronic, electrical, or mechanical products.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety practices in a production environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards or quality-controlled environments.
  • Experience with production documentation and record-keeping systems.
