Customer Experience Executive - Join an Award-Winning, Dynamic company in Stockport

This Customer Experience Executive role is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-first business as part of a supportive and dynamic team based in Stockport. Reporting to the Finance Director, with day-to-day guidance from the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to our growing contractor and client base.

Working as part of the wider Customer Experience and Support team, you’ll be at the heart of operations—handling queries, managing communications, resolving issues, and providing solutions that make a real difference. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and takes pride in helping others.

You’ll liaise with internal departments including Payroll, Compliance, and Operations, ensuring every touchpoint with our customers reflects our commitment to outstanding service. Key tasks include managing communication channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp), supporting with payment and payroll queries, handling contract completions, addressing complaints, and helping contractors navigate our systems and benefits portals.

As someone with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and strengthening client relationships.
