New Business Executive - Fast-Paced Sales Role in a Growing, Employee-Owned Business

This New Business Executive role is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment as part of a supportive and motivated team based in Stockport. Reporting to the Finance Director, with day-to-day direction from the Sales Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class first impression to prospective clients and helping drive significant business growth.

Working as part of the wider Business Development and Sales team, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s growth plans—managing inbound and outbound leads, converting referrals into active clients, and helping individuals understand the value of payroll and accountancy services. This is a permanent, full-time role suited to someone who is driven, money-motivated, and thrives in a target-oriented environment.

You’ll work closely with internal teams such as Compliance, Account Management, and Payroll to ensure smooth onboarding and conversion processes. Key responsibilities include engaging with warm leads, clearly explaining payroll options (Umbrella, CIS, PEO, etc.), chasing e-forms, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining high-quality records of customer interactions. Communication with recruitment agency partners and internal departments will be essential for success.

As someone with strong communication and numeracy skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to learn, you’ll play a key part in a high-performing, energetic sales team. Previous experience in outbound sales, customer service, or business development would be an advantage, though full training is provided.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for long-term progression and earnings. With a base salary of £25,000 and uncapped commission (£37k OTE), you’ll be recognised and rewarded for your success in a business that invests in its people.
