Your role will involve managing parts of their global product suite with a focus on enhancing partnerships, especially with MasterCard. You'll be responsible for markets in Europe and Canada, with avenues for further expansion. They seek someone with substantial experience in forging partnerships, client-facing roles, and knowledge of international markets.Your responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and address their challenges concerning travel benefits.
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps in line with business goals and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to craft bespoke solutions for clients.
  • Define necessary product requirements and integrations for client channels.
  • Engage closely with engineering and design teams to create and launch cutting-edge enterprise solutions.
  • Manage product development, ensuring security and scalability are prioritised.
  • Track product performance metrics and drive improvements based on data insights.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of trends and competitors within the enterprise travel industry.
You'll have the following:
  • Solid experience in product management with a focus on B2B2C solutions in rewards and loyalty products.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling enterprise products.
  • Strong grasp of the enterprise software development lifecycle.
  • Acquainted with security and compliance standards for enterprise applications.
  • Skilled in user research and UX best practices for B2C solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing across different levels.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages, particularly those relevant to target markets, are beneficial.
