Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a successful national employee owned company based in Stockport who have been established for over 4 decades. The successful candidate will provide accurate and comprehensive administrative support to the wider trading team.
Responsibilities for a Trading Administrator
- Providing administration support to the two trading managers and wider team
- Answering calls and responding to emails
- Raising purchase orders, ensuring these are executed exactly as directed by the buying team
- Being the primary day to day contact for depots on all queries
- Cleansing data and barcode maintenance
- Uploading product files onto the system
- Inputting data onto Excel spreadsheets
- Producing reports
- General clerical support
Trading Administration skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/Outlook, in particular Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
