This Customer Services Advisor role is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment as part of a supportive and friendly team based in Stockport. Reporting to the Finance Director, with day-to-day direction from the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to a diverse customer base.
Working as part of the wider Customer Services and Order Processing team, you will be at the heart of operations—handling orders, resolving enquiries, managing communications, and ensuring a smooth and professional service across all touchpoints. This is a permanent, full-time role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys providing top-tier customer support.
You’ll liaise with multiple internal departments including Finance, Transport, and IT, ensuring everything from sales orders to delivery logistics is handled efficiently. Key tasks also include maintaining accurate CRM records, supporting marketing efforts with promotional materials, keeping the trade counter and showroom presentable, and assisting with a range of admin duties as needed.
As someone with strong organisational and communication skills, you’ll enjoy being a key part of a collaborative team that values initiative and professionalism. Experience in customer service, sales administration, or order processing would be a strong advantage.
