Company Overview:
My client is currently seeking a proactive and adaptable Administrator to join their busy Stockport team on a temporary ongoing basis, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

Role Overview:
They are looking for a confident and organised Administrator who has experience using SAP and is comfortable supporting across multiple areas of the business. While the primary focus of the role is administrative, you will also assist in the shop front and warehouse when required, making this a varied and hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document handling, and responding to internal communications.

  • Utilise SAP for order processing, stock management, and updating customer/supplier records.

  • Support the customer service counter in the shop front, assisting with enquiries and sales.

  • Lend a hand in the warehouse as needed - tasks may include stock checks, labelling, or basic order picking.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.

  • Confident use of SAP in a business environment is essential.

  • Flexible and willing to help out across admin, shop front, and warehouse functions.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fully office-based role.
