Our client, based in Stockport, is currently recruiting for x2 Stock Condition Surveyors on a 6 month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate for this role is circa £33.00 per hour via an Umbrella Company or on a CIS basis. .
The ideal candidate will have experience working within Social Housing completing Stock Condition Surveys and will be available on short notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Conducting validation surveys across social housing properties, utilizing HHSRS knowledge
- Assessing long-term maintenance needs, including both internal and external requirements (e.g., EWI works)
- Inputting survey data into internal asset management systems
- Translating property data into investment portfolios
Candidate Requirements:
- HNC or HND qualification in a relevant field
- A solid understanding of HHSRS
- A full driving license (preferred due to travel requirement)
Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, flexible start/finish times
